Silk Noggins

Tried Silk Nog this weekend. This was way too thin to be called a “nog”. This is one of the first Silk products I’ve been dissappointed in.

Look at what I picked up at the ABC store today:
And I only got it for six-dollars-and-something. It has the mandarin, peppar, vanilla, citron and regular Absolut Vodka in it. These days I just like putting vodka in Diet Coke for an extra treat, mixers are too expensive. I wanted some ameretto to make this:

but the store didn’t have any mini bottles of Disaronno, and a small bottle of that stuff is like $22.
The New Coke Christmas Designs are even in 24 pack. I’m not a fan of the polar bears, I never really have been since thir debut in the early 1990’s
I was subjected to the new Polar Bear TV ads Thanksgiving night while watching Bravo. They seem to last about four hours long, and there’s a Beach Boy song playing in the background. Pure Gag-Incuced Saccharin Sweetness.
A Big Blue Treat

Gary sent me this soda, and I guess its a New England soda. I wanted a cold drink quick so I put it in the freezer, but I left it in there for too long, so it was like a slushy.
It was good though. Especially since there is a lack of blue sodas now. (You can’t get blue nehi out in my parts anymore, and Pepsi Blue went by the wayside in 2003,early 2004)

I got a New England soda collection box from my friend at the soda boards; Gary. (Well, the Fanta Apple came from Atlanta.)
I like the super-plainness of the Moxie 20 oz bottle. I haven’t had the A-Treat sodas yet.
